Dispatch Time

2-Day Dispatch
Products tagged as “Dispatches in 2 Days” will normally be dispatched within 1–2 working days from the order date.

If you select any customisation, the product will be treated as a customised, made-to-order product. Dispatch may take 10–15 days, depending on the selected customisation and availability.

Made to Order
All other products are made to order and will normally be dispatched within 10–15 days from the order date.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Express Processing
If you need a made-to-order product urgently, please contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm whether faster processing is possible.

Shipping Time

Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Orders within Tamil Nadu are usually delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch. Deliveries to other states usually take 3–5 days after dispatch, depending on the location.

We use Speed Post or Professional Courier to ship orders.

If dispatch is delayed due to manufacturing issues or high order volumes, we will inform you.

Failed Delivery and Reshipping

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available when delivery is attempted.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery or provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must bear the reshipping charge.

The order will be reshipped after the applicable charge has been paid.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, or if the parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 2 days.

We will raise an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after the investigation is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use it to follow the delivery status of your order.
